Drive sustainability across an international organization

Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to gain hands-on experience within an international company? Do you want to contribute to real ESG projects while developing your knowledge of topics such as decarbonization, reporting and compliance? Then this internship within the Sustainability team at Rotom Group could be a great fit for you.

What will you do?
As a Sustainability Intern, you support the Sustainability Officer in driving sustainability initiatives across the Rotom Group. You will play an active role in bringing structure and progress to our ESG efforts and gain exposure to a wide range of sustainability topics.

You will work closely with colleagues from different departments and countries, and contribute to projects such as emission reduction, ESG reporting and regulatory compliance. Your activities will include supporting decarbonization initiatives, assisting in the collection and analysis of ESG data, contributing to sustainability reporting and helping translate new regulations into practical actions within the organization. You will also support certification processes, supplier engagement and internal and external sustainability communication.

This internship offers a broad learning experience in which you will collaborate with teams such as Marketing, HR, Procurement and Finance, as well as Managing Directors and Site Managers across the Group.

Who are you?
You are a motivated student with a strong interest in sustainability and a desire to learn. You enjoy working with data and are able to translate insights into practical ideas.

You are currently studying at Bachelor’s or Master’s level, preferably in Sustainability or a related field. You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured way and have an eye for detail. You are comfortable working with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably also Power BI. You communicate easily in English, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable in an international working environment.

Most importantly, you are proactive, curious and eager to develop yourself within the ESG field.

We provide a monthly internship allowance of €750, flexibility in working arrangements and the possibility to grow within the organization after your internship.
